# About Larry Genet

Larry Genet grew up in South Florida and grew up in commercial real estate. He is the third generation of his family in the business.

Today he focuses on industrial property across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. He co-leads a team that works on distribution warehouses, manufacturing facilities, industrial outdoor storage, land, and investment sales.
